I like the title of this piece better than the piece itself. 

The story of the conquest of Jericho is an interesting one from an archeological point of view. As subsequent teams of archeologists explore this ancient city, the veracity of the biblical account is either confirmed or denied. The latest good evidence from a Canadian team of scholars appears to be very consistent with the account in Joshua.
